The Best I Can

25 05 2008

What have we to distinguish ourselves

Man knows nothing but himself

And he denies himself for pleasure,

Or is it pain. Neither can serve

To ease the sensation of longing

That torments the cerebellum.

In the plain of the desolate, the full are mas vacio

For as the weeds overcome wheat

So shall determination arise.

Not as a force, but as a necessity;

One who sees what is needed

Needs nothing else.
